  We had Steve from Point of View Home Inspections complete an inspection on a home we are buying. I was able to accompany Steve through the entire inspection process, asking questions along the way. He is a super nice guy and was incredibly knowledgeable about all facets of the house and operating systems and took the time to explain everything that was examined. He pointed out anything that needed attention, both immediately and in the future, and provided his opinion as to how to fix/or correct. He provided the radon testing for us as well.
  He followed up the inspection later that evening by sending us a detailed report including a number of pictures with explanations which was really helpful as a point of reference and for discussion with the seller. He also promptly answered several emails and phone calls after we reviewed the report.
  This is my 5th home and I was really surprised with how much I learned tagging along with him. I found Steve to be professional, thorough, and on-time and I would highly recommend him without reservation to anyone in the process of looking for a qualified home inspector. He exceeded my expectations - thanks Steve!
